Made from fig wood, the series explores gouge-carved surfaces as living skin: a dense, dynamic texture that preserves the memory of the hand and of time. Each work is unique, shaped by the encounter between human intervention and the wood’s natural evolution, inviting a shifting and mutable way of seeing form.
